My First Home Grown Tomatoes!

Hi All,

Just wanted to share with all of you - I just plucked my first three full red home grown tomatoes - I'm so excited!

A few months back I had a rotten tomato in the fridge and instead of putting it in the trash, I planted it in the soil on a small strip of land. Today, my plant is big with lots of tomatoes - these are the first three that have turned red and ready to be plucked. Moral of the story - all that is bad is not really bad! ( My own moral!)

Its been exactly a year today since we moved into our new home. So, this is a beautiful gift to myself!

Now, I have to think how to put these gorgeous tomatoes to best use! What should I cook with this?
